Creation of transcommunality associations is key in facilitating flexibility, personal growth, and propulsion of vision for the transcommunality. Another aspect of transculturation is the everyday multiculturalism which is a mixture of analytical perspectives and empirical observation of spaces2. It presents a different way of looking at actions, practices, and situations.

Through the category of practices, everyday multiculturalism specifies the manner in which social actors utilize differences in practices3. The site for its location was in itself a symbol of diversity, with the neighborhood activities giving it, its complexity and element of inclusion. The architecture of the Hull house is achieved through repetition, iteration and reorganizing of components rather than balancing the unequal6. It represents the social interactions and physicality, in a densely populated ward. In re-interpretation of the meaning of the Hull House, several alterations were made such as the provision of tubs and gymnasium showers that transformed it into the free public bath for the neighborhood7. Public Spaces The functional system of cities is highly dependent on articulation and development of public spaces.
