Are Cryptocurrencies really money

Majority are ignorant about money, its origin and characteristics. They don’t even know that there is an emergence of digital currencies that are in use in the form of the global money, this is the cryptocurrency. Decentralization has given power to cryptocurrency to allow people to control and secure their digital money. This is done by middle men and intermediary third parties for example stock brokers, world banking system and clearing houses (Andrew). Money has various uses; some equate it to friendship, security, and power. Fabric and hybrid materials are normally used to print money so as to ensure their durability. Fungibility – Money should be fungible, that is, can be exchanged with one another. For example, dollars should be exchanged with sterling pounds because they are both currencies though of different nations but serving the same purpose.
