It was my first time visiting the United Kingdom and I had a bad experience which still lingers in my mind to date. My family and I were at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) enjoying lunch. Through writing the bias journal, I have been able to identify the prejudice I hold against certain groups or individuals and this is a critical step towards rectifying the stereotype.
