Customer service is the assistance or advice directed to individuals who associate with company goods or services. When businesses make customers happy, they create long-lasting profitability. Satisfied customers buy additional products and recommend friends, businesses, and communities. The level of customer experience is the foundation of business strategy. To improve the financial well-being of individuals and communities, the business must provide genuine service in terms of finances. This has helped eradicate the problem of having to remember too many details associated with unscrupulous dealings. My life at work has become simple owing to integrity. Integrity has also helped me deal better with customers- I have created better relationships with customers who on very many instances have sought my services even when I was not at work.

Honest and truthful dealings at work have helped me personalize the services I issue to customers that leaves an impression on their minds. You are talking to a frustrated customer over the phone and she wants to talk to your supervisor, what do you need to do without involving your supervisor? While having a conversation with a customer over the phone, it is essential that I assess their emotional well-being to determine the best approach. Why do you need to understand them if they have any problem without getting furious? The customer is the priority of the customer and therefore I have to understand that the business would not survive without the customer. The mutual relationship between the business and customers creates synergy.
