From my culture of study, people are more likely to handle conflict in an individualistic way which could include dangerous ways of solving the battles to get what they think is justice for them. A case scenario from the culture I have been studying involves betrayal. The man in the story is a businessman whose friend and a trusted business partner is from a different community and is a lawyer by profession. The lawyer had a side business of selling drugs illegally beside his career. They struck a deal and the man paid the money but the lawyer did not deliver the drugs as it should be but instead reported him to the authorities thus on the delivery day the man got arrested but was bailed out later on.

Sometimes a lie can be a form of honest communication thus it entirely depends on the ability of a person to judge between what is right and what is wrong, what should be done and what shouldn't be done. A worldview is an assumption about the world or the way different people look at the world based on their beliefs and practices. Different people interpret the world differently. That is due to the differences in the societies they come from, education, cultures, governments among others. It is almost impossible to eliminate conflict as it could result in lack of different opinions (Cahn, 2013). They need to be willing to change their behavior to accommodate positive conflict resolution. From the Christian worldview, I would recommend they use the reconciliation technique to resolve their disputes as the bible says. Juhasz, (2017) States that they should be wise in decision making as it brings healing instead of hurt and thereby resolving conflicts (Matthew 18: 15-17). They should remember that the Lord is with them always and every tear they shed He shall avenge (Proverbs 12:18). In conclusion, different people handle interpersonal conflicts differently depending on their cultural practices, values, and norms.
