But to ensure that they have a smooth time in running the institution and making the transition even far much easier my main concentration would have been laid on that group that daily executes the set rules in an effort to achieve the university goals since it constitutes of the most important group in a university although less concentration is given to them My firm would also have encouraged the top university management to create a friendly approachable environment with the staff and students. This would have led to openness in airing their grievances which would consequently lead to trust amongst them and then the university would have been able to detect the leaking areas in the university management for a swift action to be taken whereby.
