In order to comprehensively analyze the situation, all the facts have to receive ample consideration for either party could be on the wrong; for instance the uncle and aunt could lie about the abuse owing it to the Von Willebrand’s Syndrome that my grandmother has been diagnosed with. On the other hand, it is also a possibility that the diagnosis is the actual cause of the issue and my grandmother’s accusations can be chalked up to old age. Therefore, to correctly figure out which of the two options is the correct one, an in-depth analysis of: the symptoms my grandmother exhibits, an overview on the transactions made on both my uncle and aunt’s account’s compared to that of my grandmother as well as other significant purchases they could have made.

According to the evidence provided by my grandmother, she has distinctive physical bruising on the left side of her face and on both wrists. This is tangible and consistent with the symptoms that are commonly visible on individuals who are ailing from the Von Willebrand’s Syndrome. S. Department of Health and Human Services, 2007) However, what remains unaccounted for are the locations that the bruising appears on. Bruising on both wrists and the side of her face is too consistent with cheek slapping or binding as well as hard gripping on hands to be coincidental. In no instance has the Von Willebrand’s Syndrome been associated with memory loss or any subsequent memory confusion symptoms. Thus, a police enquiry and investigation would be the consequent step in the search for the truth. Actions to be taken will be directly tied to the results of the investigation into my grandmother’s, my uncle’s and aunt’s funds. In the case that the money is still in my grandmother’s account which is what would prove her as having more than just Von Willebrand’s Syndrome.
