It is known that many organizations operate by making decisions. The success of the decisions same as their quality determines the success of a manager. The decision-making process is process that is ongoing used in problem and situation evaluation in consideration of making choices, alternatives, and making follow-ups on them (Kaner, 2014). Decision-making process has a great impact on the outcomes for me at my working area. Decision-making process outcome influence The outcome was different every moment I go through the process of making a decision. The decision-making process follows up ensured that the company achieved all that it needed. As an employee, I would see the fruits of the process since task met the set goals and deadlines. Evaluation process in the organization indicated that the use of proper decision-making process allowed the managers to choose the best alternatives with most advantages than disadvantages for the benefit of company growth.
