Another important thing is that any business that an individual engages in provides an opportunity for one to focus and grow their careers. Moreover, for reputable organizations to develop and retain employees it must make sure that there is fairness in all the departments and adhere to the operating guidelines as per the laws of the country. Furthermore, from the video content, I would use interpersonal skills in resolving personal problems with my colleagues because it helps in building stronger relationships with them. Another thing is that I would encourage my colleagues to raise their concerns to the management and discuss different issues affecting their welfare. I will also put more emphasis on fair processes when it comes to hiring of workers, for example, the human resource department should consider employing people from different backgrounds through a competitive process.
