As well, the study revealed that Ford replied to one hundred all inbound tweets on their customer service handle. Ford’s performance on Facebook was quite good. As well, the company posts numerous questions on their social media handles to engage with their fans and customers. Ford uses the social media to interact and listen to its customers. The company has managed to integrate social media into its marketing mix with the use of a hub and spoke framework. This allows its employees to be part of the success by staying informed about the main issues and then focusing on their areas of specialization and trying to communicate with customers with their voices.
