How Zodiac Film Exemplifies a Crime Film

Analyzing the first Zodiac’s criminal attack, where he shoots two lovers. Zodiac tries to kill the Mike Mageau and his wife Darlene Ferrin. Mike survives the attack while Darlene dies of the injuries caused by the bullet. When the newspaper published the letters send to the police post, the killer attacks two law students, Bryan Hartnell and Cecelia Shepard. Bryan dies on the spot and Cecelia dies few days later. This indicates that the killer is revenging after the police let his letter to be published. The revenging is one of the aspects of the crime film and thus we can classify the film in the crime genre. As the other movies in the crime genre, the main character is a murderer, whom the writer will not expose till the time when he or she will like ending the play.

Characters who are assigned the duty to arrest the killer are filled with the confusion. This is because their bosses want to hear the progress of the case yet the case is a risky.
