Through it, consumer demands have been able to increase and their satisfaction achieved, commodities have been able to be exchanged to places where there is lack of them, the market for goods produced in various countries has been able to widen, there have been good relationships between various businesses globally and the knowledge of businesses and their relevant opportunities has also been able to increase. By making the world seem like a small place where meetings and everything involving business whether transactions, supplies and even sales and purchases to be able to be achieved wherever someone is, globalization becomes a major key factor in the proper working of a business. The other factor that is quite related to a proper functioning of a business is its mode of communication.

This influences the way in which information is passed from one person to another within the organization and must be a crucial concern. Communication plays a major role even in the global business market because it is through this that various businesses are able to obtain very important information about each other. A strategized business is a successful business, said, one Indian entrepreneur. Therefore a business has to make its strategies clear to the others globally so as to enable them to come to good terms and agreement, thereby enhancing good cooperation. The strategies of a business always depend on the type and specificity of that kind of a business and normally it outlines what the business wants to deal in, types of customers, the capital requirements, partners to the business and the major norms and ethical issues of the business.

These enable an easy understanding of the business by others worldwide. On the other hand, apart from the normal functions of a business, there are several corporate social responsibilities that a business has to fulfill both globally and even domestically concerning its relations with customers, suppliers, employees and even other business premises. This is because employees feel working for a socially conscious employer who gives them a sense of purpose. Implementing an expansive and effective CSR strategy can help employers retain their current employees for longer. The rise of social media has also played an important role in the corporate social responsibility. For instance today, companies with unethical business practices are exposed harshly on social media and can have their reputation damaged greatly within a very short time.
