The main aim of labor legislation is merely to offer full legal protection for the employers and employees. The law deals with legal collective relationships and requirements which are increasingly very vital based on mass-production societies together with legal relationships that exist within the state and organized interests of economy (Mosley, 2015). Ideally, the labor legislation under the NLRA guarantees all its employees to be able to hold and as well as bargain collectively with their employers as well engaging in other activities which are concerted but protected.
