ISO 10006 According to Tricker (2013), ISO 1006 avails strategies and procedures for the solicitation of quality management in ventures used in organizations dealing with projects of capricious complexity, for instance, long or short duration being an individual venture to being part of portfolio or program of ventures in various environment notwithstanding type of product or service, involved process with ultimate goals of satisfying parties interested in the venture by presenting quality project management.

The international standard for the organization (ISO) develops and initiate standards to safeguard the society from probable error through quality management system standards model specifically ISO 9001. ISO reflects environmental transformation and ensures continued delivery of the organization potentiality to consistently avail product meeting consumer regulatory and applicable requirements. Principle 3; people involvement whereby organization success relies on retaining competent employees, empowering and encouraging them, employee motivation which increases innovation and recognition of achievement making them maximize potential. Principle 4; process approach in which the organization fosters performance when leaders control and manage processes, inputs, and outputs collaboratively. Principle 5; management systematic approach, ensures the success of the organization when processes are effectively managed and coherence in the quality management system. Principle 6; continuous improvement by organization sustaining the current level of performance, identification, and exploitation of new opportunities and respond to conditions change.

Principle7; decision making a factual approach, by organization establishing an evidence-based process of decision making involving assembling of inputs from different sources, facts identification, and considering probable consequences. The leadership ensures customer focus in the holistic organization, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction by meeting the needs. The management avails planning of product quality measurably and process quality objectives to meet organization quality management system. Purchasing process encompasses procurement of raw materials, selection of supplier and evaluation. It involves control and management of purchase product and suppliers. Quality management system requires selection and evaluation of suppliers based on ability to efficiently supply products with respect to organization requirements and identify criteria for selection and evaluation. Measurement, Analysis, Improvement It involves testing, inspecting, measuring, analyzing and improvement of activities in the planned quality management system, improve operation and results of the system and ascertaining products meet the product requirement. The management plays a significant role in management responsibility that needs decision making about vital measures and analyzing audit results, customer feedback, suppliers, trends and products (Pilot, 2015). The organization monitors customer satisfaction information as a performance measurement of quality management systems.
