This is known as exploitation of customers. Suppliers, when assigned to deliver goods and services to business enterprises, should not interfere with the quality and quantity ordered and supposed to be delivered. Companies involved in a package of finished products should not alter the quality and quantity expected. When all the above aspects are put into consideration, the business is said to be moral and ethical. It is a good business that is useful to a country as it is balanced in all ways. The governing authorities ensure that law and order is followed for the welfare of the general public. A company should, therefore, produce the right goods and services to the customers in terms of quality, quantity, safety etc.

This explains why some products like food and drinks are inspected before consumption by the customers. A company which keeps its word to the people and environment ensures that its products are standard and not harmful to the people and the environment. This helps them avoid fines and banns when the right criteria are not followed, hence making good profits as they don't spend on catering for fines and solving illegal cases. This makes them dedicate themselves to the job and the prosperity of the organization. Consequences of not keeping word and not being trustworthy. Poor legal relationships. The legal authorities strictly make sure that companies offer the right goods and services to the customers. It prevents customer exploitations by the monopoly businesses.
