Young children who are aged five years and below are most vulnerable since they are rapidly growing and as a result, they try to insert their hands or any lead-contaminated objects into their mouths. Statement of the problem Being a new parent can bring new awareness to many rather old issues. Lead poisoning is a major health risk and has affected numerous amounts of children and families. Lead poisoning is considered to be "preventable", so there is a possible solution of lead regulation in all households that should be deemed necessary by all companies who create, manufacture, or produce any possible lead-contaminated objects for households. Key stakeholders Stakeholders refer to those organisations within which an entity's environment that play an essential role in an organisation's health sector and execution or that are influenced by an organisational action.

Businesses for example pharmaceuticals or medical device manufactures represent another stakeholder organisation in the health sector. As a result, their products and services seek to keep the health sector active. This is because the organisations strive to enhance the supply of health equipment, materials and other requirements like medicines for preventing and controlling lead poisoning. The business sector can be used to determine the demand and supply rate of health equipment and drugs based on the impact caused by lead poisoning and availability of drugs in the market. Policy makers, this involves the government and medical organisations, these are groups which work hand in hand with the health department to integrate health services, planning healthcare programs and drawing of policies, and provision of medicines.
