PC or a Tablet

In terms of portability, tables are arguably more portable than computers due to its size. In essence, tablets are about 7-11 inches while laptops are normally 12-16 inches. When it comes to weight, it cannot be easily differentiated between a smaller laptop and larger tablet. However, weight is not a major factor when considering an appropriate device to be used in studies. Comparing the performance of the two, PC provides advanced performance as compared to the tablets. This is because of its high performance and ability to offer a wider view as compared to a tablet. However, there are other alternatives that can be considered apart from the PC and a tablet. They include Smartphone and surface laptop. Smartphone can help students to access online materials which is also the same case with the surface laptop which is universal as it contain both PC and tablet features.
