Problems of Artificial Intelligence

According to Bostrom (Pg. 105), the transition that would take place between the high-level machine intelligence to artificial intelligence that is far beyond the human fathom could occur very quickly and the human beings would soon lose the control of the system. This scenario would lead to the creation of potent agents with misaligned objectives from the human objectives a threat to human extinction. Additionally, the technology of the artificial intelligence has a capacity of disrupting the peace, security and the social control. It’s highly speculative that there could be potential weaponization of the artificial intelligence systems which would then be used in disrupting peace, privacy, and security in the social sphere.
