In the last few months, over 30 percent of all patients have received an appropriate reminder for preventive care either through texts or emails. The system comprises physician and patient data and is set in a way that it sends a reminder at a particular time to specific physician and patients. It notifies the patients a few days before their scheduled appointment, and also contact patients who have missed appoints and inspire them to reorganize. It is worth noting that the reminder system mostly concentrates on the preventative care needs such as cancer screenings, flu shots, and other chronic diseases.
