Rights and Society Outline
The three papers reveal the similarity in some clauses that touch on the human rights. The analysis of the four documents aims at recognizing similar provisions that affect the fundamental human rights of any engaged citizen to a republic. The US constitution of 1787 The foundation of the United States Constitution is anchored on the bill of rights that aim at protection of every Citizen of the United States. The statement of rights touches on rights to security, freedom of speech and religion, liberty of assembly of the citizens of the United States. The bills of rights also prohibited unreasonable search of the individual’s property and seizure of the property. All the citizens were deemed to be equal before the law and were to participate in legislation either directly or indirectly.
