The self-fulfilling is common in human life as people try to put up their relations or feelings with what they prospect to happen. Children between the age of 12-16 seem to generate this aspect more often given their adolescent stage and mostly driven by their feelings. For example, when one predicts to have a bad day and when they wake up he or she accidentally hurts their leg, and when one gets in school he or she is not allowed to access the school premises for losing his or her identity card and thus fulfilling the expectations. The existence of self-fulfilling prophecy encompasses to give positive realignments as well as negative ones in the lives of the children from age 12-16 in several ways as discussed in the paper.

Pros and cons of self-fulfilling prophecy Pros Helps one to see their blind-spot: Each one person in their own lives, have that weak points or weak decisions that seem to distract their course. The application offers the children with the realization of their life destiny and what they are meant to be in the future. Through this gesture, it helps them put all the necessary measures towards attaining such a livelihood. Provides hope for the kids on how it might be different from their current situations. A person’s faith happens to help in situations that might cripple their thinking and way of doing things due to encompassed bad happenings. Through their faith and learnt lessons, the children will predict for a better future after the current situation is over, (Baksh, 1977).
