Although there are those companies that have embraced this concept effectively, there is still lagging when it comes to the effective adoption of internal social networking, and in relation to the management factors, it can be attributed to; Lack of the provision of incentives to promote the incorporation of internal social networking within the organization.

Managers have distinct roles within an organization, and they can be categorized into interpersonal, informational, and decisional (Kumar, 2015). The next organizational factor is the culture of an organization. Prior to the introduction of the internal social networking, employees were already used to using the traditional ways of communicating and operating such as emails (Loudon and Loudon, 2013). Therefore, the introduction and implementation of the internal social networking are not met with the perception that it ought to be met with. Additionally, the employees feeling time-pressed too much to have time to learn about the internal social networking is also another factor that has led to the slow adoption of internal social networking (Loudon and Loudon, 2013). Employees find it hard to incorporate their daily functions within the organization as well as learn about the internal social networking and as such, making its adoption slow.

This technology that these companies are using is the effective use of social networking to market their product and also the incorporation of information systems within their functioning and as it has been seen, the incorporation of information systems in the business world has ensured that there is globalization within the business world as information flow has been made possible. Considering that more than 33% of the U. S. economy was from foreign trade (Loudon and Loudon, 2013), focusing more on the international market is of great importance.
