The article mentions that the “new tax laws” introduced by President Trump’s administration have influenced most of the major business organizations in America to increase their employees’ benefits, such as pay rises, bonuses, as well as “paternal and maternal benefits,” among other packages. Some of the corporations cited to have to include Walmart, Target, American Airlines, and AT&T, among others. It is therefore beyond reasonable doubts that the corporations are not only the drivers of our nation’s economy, but are also part of the overall social framework.

In this regard, reducing the taxes that businesses are supposed to pay makes it easier for them to reciprocate the move by implementing benefiting packages to their employees as well as customers. Likewise, because of the complex relationship that exists between the corporate world and the general society, the new benefits lead to an overall improvement in the lives of the people. From this illustration, I believe that in one way or another the ongoing implications of the tax laws will have a positive effect on my life. Just as I have mentioned in the discussion above, I am optimistic that the new corporate tax laws will lead to the betterment of the lives of not only the lives of the employees working in those firms, but also of the general public.
