He believes that in-person treatment not only allows improvement of the physician-patient relationship but also enhances the recovery process of the patient and increases empathy in physician which is crucial in the administration of quality services (Cheshire, 2017). While I do agree with most of his argument, the professor seems to have a bias towards technology as a whole. For instance, he gives an analogy of military drones whereby he compares the pilots to video gamers. While he presents a good argument, he does not mention the fact that there are protocols within the military which prevent actions such as dropping bombs haphazardly. Moreover, he fails to mention that these drones were also created to protect pilots from being killed by enemies as they survey the enemy among other benefits.
