While they are discussing on how to start a company, Rob from his passion of loving interior design and décor results into several ideas upon which they will initiate a company, and they came up with the concept of bobbleheads. Rob finally creates a body for a bobblehead from Sculpey, and the next day he presents the item he had created to Becker and his fellow friends. The inkling for starting a company initiated from that point after presenting the bubblehead to them, but they had to risk to come up with a reliable company with unidentified customers. Besides, Becker goes to the Universal Studios’ Sparky risk taking the presentation of his products unaware of customers’ response out there, but surprisingly, a large number is interested with the company’s products resulting to its development.

Becker initially gets support from his mother, dad and finally and his friends towards ensuring efficient operation of the company. Also, the Funko’s new products are also targeted to all customers despite the age difference since they involve toys that most people find it interesting in movie scenes and all activities people mostly engage during their leisure time, such as dolls representing Hulk, Batman, Speed Racer, Zack Rydar a wrestler, the Avengers and also Star Wars among many toy characters thus helping people to meet their heroes.
