The ethical dilemma here is that making them feel the information about their work may feel as if it has been generated by the feeling of dislike against the client. To prevent this dilemma, my first reaction is to ensure that I am able to make everything clear with the client and ensure that they understand I am not responsible for one either to receive the funding or not. This will help to ensure that the client understand that it will not be my fault whether they receive the school funding or not. Second, would be to ask for a more informed person to help with the inquiries about the trades and apprenticeships in Ontario, which ensure that the client understands the importance of every employee.

This would also help me make it clear to the employee that I am not responsible for making sure that people receive their funding as requested but it all depends with the evaluation. In most cases, the ethical dilemma will always be present where doing the right thing is in question. By answering this question, it is easy to deal with daily ethical dilemmas facing one in the place of working. Therefore, through this, I will be in a position to deal with this particular dilemma. 2) State which competencies from the Ethical Principles for Professional Competency and Conduct section relate to this ethical situation and why? As an employee, I should ensure that every client is respected to enhance the service delivery. Professional competency and responsibility in this situation is also related due to the relationship created between me and the client. It is important as an employee to ensure that responsible caring for every client is ensured. Therefore, informing the client about the right information is important to ensure that they understand the kind of service that I offer. This will help to ensure that they do not have high expectations which I cannot deliver.
