In most instances, lack of logical arguments makes it hard to categorize the various processes. Throughout the paper, consideration will be made on working topologies to capture key aspects of diversity regarding sustainability. The intention is to clarify key aspects involving the ideologies of the various actors. Such will make it possible to unpack key aspects related to ideological alignment for the various policy actors. Sustainable development is a complex concept and presents a number of meanings. The existing strategies make it possible to achieve the 2020 target. However, meeting the 2030 targets might be a bit challenging. The common question is the possible sources of these emissions and the working interventions to foster sustainability. The importance of such overreliance is to allocate resources towards the course. ERF provides financial incentives to aid in managing climate as well as the environment. The voluntary scheme focuses on businesses, communities as well as landholders with the intention of reducing the emission2. The government utilized the auction process to facilitate the purchase of greenhouse gas abatement. The eligibility of the project matters to qualify for the auction. In fact, the government works with the National Energy Productivity Plan to foster production by 40% by 2030. The plan embraces a number of aspects such as energy efficiency measures integrated with new technology to save on resources. It emerged that over-exploitation of natural resources also plays a major role in promoting climate change. What most economies fail to consider is the ability to address the needs of the current population without compromising the needs of the future. There are three major sustainability perspectives according to Yuncken. The first one is the status quo. According to the concept, there is need to change in every aspect of life. However, their society, as well as the environment, is not part of their arguments. In fact, they fail to implement and keep hope alive that things will be different someday.

The intention is to persuade governments as well as other international organizations to implement the needed reforms. Mostly, these people are academicians with an intention to find following in various aspects of life. Ultimately, there is the transformation concept with the view of the mounting problems in every space. They also explore the interrelationships among various elements in society. It is also apparent that the existing households and businesses are the priority for the state. Hence, the existing intervention is to help them with efficient as well as low energy bills. Ideally, this depicts the need for a going concern still. The green economy is indeed a working intervention for most countries. Even though the Australian government is also committed to the same, it compromises the deal when necessary.

Australia should place much emphasis on the environment with much emphasis on the various intrinsic values of the same. In that perspective, it is likely to understand the needs of the population and implementing some of the probable attributes to thrive10. Human needs should come second to accommodate the needs of the growing population. In the case of Australia, it is apparent that human needs are superior. That makes the government focus on economic growth and development before placing any emphasis on the environment. As stipulated earlier, the policy is unlikely to meet the 2020 projections as well, leave alone the 2030 projection. Once the various respective agencies are willing to change the mindset, it will be easier to focus on sustainability rather than growth.
