Notably, practical training helps to cover those areas that not covered in the classrooms or else thing that is impossible to practice in class. Instead, practical training equips the student with the true exposure of what management of business organizations entails. Additionally, it as well gives the student ambitions. Agreeably, practical training plays avital role in building bright future for a student. This study will help to understand the major means through which the customer loyalty programs can be uses to attract customers. Additionally, the study will highlight the effects of customer loyalty programs on the consumers. Notably, the study will as well help to cover the certain objectives such as; researching on consumers’ loyalty program in a number of different convenience stores, to discover what really attract the customers to buy goods from convenience stores, as well as to know the effect of loyalty programs to the consumer.

The statement of the problem The consumer loyalty programmes may affect the customers purchasing behaviour in convenience stores. In any business, marketing is a major goal. In this study, hypothesis will be tested at 95 per cent confidence level. Research Designs I will use various research methodologies which include primary data collection and also the secondary data collection method. Moreover, to complete the project I will as well evoke the descriptive and explanatory research design. In order to get raw customer response, I will construct a questionnaire that will have simple language question. This will help in receiving first hand response from the customers and enhance face to face interaction with the respondent. This method may also help to conduct my study.

Qualitative Designs. Case study. This involves undertaking a thorough study of a single situation in order to understand another different situation. Case study will play a crucial part in evaluation of my findings in the project. Gradually the controversial topic of the study will be introduced (Chisnall, 2005). This will greatly help to the initial reaction of the customer to the customer loyalty program. Advantages 1. The information gathered is from a group of people. The method offers wide and relevant information. The interviewer a space to choose the qualified respondents only. There is involvement of objects. There is enough interaction with the respondent. Good rate of responses from the respondent. Timely responses. This method give thoughtful responses. Disadvantages. The quality of the respondent is not assured.

There is low rate of responses 3. The interviewer cannot get further information from the respondent. Advantages 1. It is cheap. It has no interviewer biasness. Disadvantages 1. It lack assurance of qualified respondents. • To trace the impact of customer loyalty program to the customers. To accomplish these objectives I will focus my study on profiles of various companies and customer loyalty programmes in them. Then I will study how the customer loyalty program operates as well as the tools that it requires to operate effectively. I will use various research methodologies which include primary data collection and also the secondary data collection method.
