The company’s headquarters is located in New York City, New York. Fox Corporation is the parent company of Fox Broadcasting Company, which is also a subsidiary of 21st Century Fox. The slogan for the company is "We are Fox. " The company operates various entertainment and news channels, one of which is the Fox News Channel. Fox News Channel was launched in 1996 and has grown to become the most dominant cable news network in the United States with at least 17 million subscribers (Martin & Yurukoglu, 2017). On July 19th, 2016 one of the top presenters in the network, Megyn Kelly admitted to investigators from 21st Century Fox that Roger Ailes also made sexual advances towards her ten years ago (Disis & Pallota, 2017). Laurie Luhn, a former booker at Fox News, informed investigators that she was harassed by Roger Ailes for more than twenty years and Fox News was aware of the transgressions.

Other prominent figures such as Bill O' Reilly and Eric Bolling faced a series of sexual allegations from a multitude of women. At least four of the lawsuits filed against Fox New claim that the company’s co-president Bill Shine was aware of the transgressions, enabled and even went as far as concealing the allegations against Roger Ailes (Hatcher, 2017). As a result of the accusations, all of them were fired, and Rupert Murdoch took over as the CEO of Fox News. Based on the organization’s unethical behavior, the following list of interview questions would help uncover truthful information about unethical conduct. T here will be questions for the victims, the accused and potential witnesses. Questions for the Victims • What is your name? • What is your position? • How well do you know your offender? • Can you describe the relationship between the two of you? How do you normally interact? • Have you ever had any form of contact or sexual relationship with your accuser? • How were you wronged? • Can you provide a detailed narration of what exactly occurred, including date, time and place? • How was your state of mind at the time? • Were there any witnesses? • Can you provide any evidence to support your claim? • What was your reaction? • What actions did you take after? • Did you share this information with a co-worker? • Did you report it to any authority? • What do you think encourages this kind of behavior? • How should the accused be punished? • What do you think the organization can do to prevent such an event from occurring in the future? Question for the Accused • What is your name? • What is your position? • How well do you know your accuser? • Can you describe the relationship between the two of you? • Have you ever had any form of contact or sexual relationship with your accuser? • What do you think of the allegations made against you? • Did you commit the offense? • Do you have evidence to support your stand? • Can you tell us what happened in response to the claims? Provide, dates, time and place.
