According to the United Nations, the International Bill of Human Rights entitles every human being to the right to proper shelter. The rising population in the major cities around the world led to the interest in providing housing services to people around the world. Worldwide, every individual struggle for a better lifestyle and these include proper housing. Several factors have to lead to poor housing conditions as discussed below. Additionally, these business institutions and corporations invested greatly in providing housing to people within the cities at a price. To understand the situation in these housing schemes, the research will mainly focus on the living conditions in all spheres in these schemes and real estates. This will focus on various aspects. Firstly, the research shall focus on the security posture in these housing schemes and real estate.

Secondly, the research the shall focus on the other published resources about housing schemes in archives and government websites to have an understanding of housing scheme policies and objectives. Additionally, the design of the houses done by Farmland Real estate will be reviewed. The rising population in the major cities around the world led to the interest in providing housing services to people around the world. Due to the public demand and pressure for housing, many individuals and people came up together to invest in providing housing to the large population in cities and various places around the world. The business organisations and entrepreneurs saw a gap existing for a condusive business environment. Additionally, governments and other international organisation also strive in ensuring healthy environments throughout the generations.

These institutions aim to protect human life. In chemical exposures, housing schemes are prone to accidental exposure of residents to gas leaks; exposure to electromagnetic fields may cause psychological distress and cancer or pregnancies outcomes (Quandt et al. Some other chemical exposure may lead to the development of other diseases with adverse effects. For instance, exposure to Radon leads to the development of lung cancer causing difficulties in breathing in both adults and children. These among other examples of physical and chemical exposures have endangered health. The exposures have led to complaints by residents in this housing scheme. In connection to problems associated with housing schemes and real estates, overcrowding is one of the greatest problems in the housing industry. Overcrowding causes both physical and psychological problems (Barratt, Kitcher & Stewart, 2012).

Due to the ever-rising population, the housing industries are faced with overcrowding. The overcrowding leads to poor housing conditions. For instance, equipment and resources appear to be limited in the housing schemes due to higher populations in the houses. Every human being values his safety and for their loved ones. The building and construction procedures and standards are to be adhered to. During research, the research team should evaluate the contactors on the construction quality of their work and evaluate the findings based on their conclusions. In most cases, the housing schemes hire professional and skilled contractors to build their schemes. Due to inadequate resources and funds, the contractors use alternative materials that are of low quality resulting in weak and fragile structures endangering human life.

To reduce insecurities, the housing schemes should provide their tenants with adequate and reliable security personnel. Research Methodology Introduction According to population statistics, New Zealand is one of the largest and populated cities around the globe, with an average population of 7. 34 million. Due to the ever-rising New Zealand population, during the research, the researcher shall apply several research techniques in the collection, and analysis of data concerning real estates and housing schemes. Due to the experiences in the housing situations in the city, the researchers shall use qualitative approaches in collecting and analysis of data collected. The history of the Housing Scheme system dates back to 1978. Qualitative research methods are usually conducted on research cases whereby the researcher has prior knowledge or understanding of the research in context.

Based on the experience in the House ownership schemes in the city, the research opts to use the qualitative approaches in the collection and analysis of data on the effectiveness and impact of Farmland Real Estate Scheme. Based on the prior case studies with the other housing schemes around the globe such as Cornerstone Homeownership Innovation Program in the United States of America, and the Shared Ownership Plus in the United Kingdom, these case studies provide grounds to the study of the Housing Scheme in New Zealand. The research shall involve semi-structural techniques such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographic approach, text analysis, and case study research methodologies. Understanding the conditions of these Housing schemes is the fundamental principle of conducting this part of the research.
