The top management of any organization is headed by a manager who take the full responsibility of the operations of the company, thus creating organizational anarchy with a structure that focuses on the development of products or provision of services. Among the responsibilities of the manager is to ensure that organizations adopt certain approaches that lead to the development of management theories and different management styles that suit the intentions of the different organization. Common sense in this way, directs without these principles of management and management styles being set up an organization would experience difficulty accomplishing its objectives, or notwithstanding thinking of objectives in any case. Introduction Management has moved an extraordinary separation along the continuum of improvement. This gradual development has led to management having a unique position that its influence is felt in all activities of our life.

Administrative management theory, on the other hand, was utilized since it focuses on organizational efficiency through a comprehensive analysis of the management. This approach has helped organizations to save on the operational costs, thus realizing increased profits. The bureaucratic management theory also had some contribution in organizational management since it focuses on the formal system of organizations whose role and levels are clearly defined in a hierarchical nature with the aim of maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. By considering the roles played by the three distinct subdivisions of the classical approach, it can be concluded that this approach featured the inclusive character of management standards, which later turned into management theories. Neoclassical Approach Neoclassical management approach was adopted later in order to solve the seal the loopholes of the classical theory.

The company's decentralized structure enables all organizational employees to easily learn from their peers and the top management team, since basic leadership originates from different administration levels. Planning and control The manager at the technical level plans and control the specific operations and discrete tasks that involves the manufacturing of technology gadgets according to customer specifications. He or she also plan performance sheet for his employees besides conducting regular training with the aim of assisting them to develop new and unique electronic accessories that are needed for business development. The administrative level manager is responsible in planning and integration of work at the technical level besides conducting recruitment process of professional staff. The manager also control all the resources needed by the beneficiaries of the products or services provided and for performance of the technical function.

Administrative managers delegate responsibilities to departmental mangers, which is crucial to the organization’s strategic capability in all primary activities. Successful Company The management structure of Apple Inc. is hierarchical. It was developed by the company’s founder with the aim of ensuring centered acknowledgment of his creative thoughts and a clear vision for the business. This structure supports strategies that push for further technological innovation. The company’s founder believes that everybody is accountable for every action that they undertake (Holzner, 2006). He has divided the company into three main division in order to enhance specialization of duties for ease in management. The top management of the company direct information that passes on to the subordinates who are also given a chance to communicate their ideas that will be integrated into the decisions that are to be made by the top management body (Holzner, 2006).

This particular type of management styles, which focuses on the human side management employs neoclassical theory. The company makes considerations to all ideas that are contributed by all employees to benefit the organization, thus displaying a great association between the administration and its employees. Tim Cook utilized neoclassical theory in his management and this has encouraged employees to participate in the decision making of the company. Even though these theories were utilized during different periods of time, the end result was the same, that is, the company ultimately realized massive success. Conclusion The principles of management, which have been derived from the various management approaches are universally applicable due to their flexibility when they are used in different circumstances. By understanding the evolution of management theories, organization are able to effective manage their resources, which are necessary for the efficient performances.
