In general, the article provides the challenges that researchers on health psychology, most especially, on the area of stress undergoes. Citing from the article, a significant number of researches have been carried out on the issues revolving around stress. However, the author finds that the current and the future scholars face some challenges on studying about stress which, sometimes leads them into making wrong inferences on the issues pertaining stress. The author, therefore, provides an in-depth study on stress by answering short questions. The author begins why asking what stress is and where stress can be found. 3b). The article does not have a clearly defined methodology section. Although the forth question has been stated on the introduction to be the question showing the methodology of the study, there are different aspects of the methodology that have been not stated.
For instance, the article has not provided the information on the researchers’ philosophy, the research design, method and approach. To sum it all, it can be concluded that the authors did not include the actual methodology section in the article. In the article, the researchers stated they were answering or handling the major challenges faced by psychological health personnel in studying issues revolving around stress as well as providing information that can be used by future researchers. The article was organized in manner that could be easily followed by the readers. In cases the audience of the article wanted to go to a specific section of the article, it was easy since the headings of the article were clearly written. The article was also informative in that it provided precise information on stress- both the information that can be understood by the public health personnel and other audiences that required general information on stress.
