Its mission is based at refreshing the world and the United States in mind, body, and spirit, inspiring moments of optimism and happiness through their brands and actions and creation of value and making a difference. Among its vision, is encouraging each other to the best through the provision of a conducive working environment and offering its clients a variety of soft drinks which will anticipate and satisfy their desires and needs. This company began some ten years in 1887 when the United States had curiosity headed by an Atlanta pharmacist Dr. John S Pemberton who established a distinctive soft drink which quenches thirst and could be sold in small bottles. Currently, the company has undergone issues relating to employee turnover where most of its staff have quit work. This approach requires that the leader recognizes the needs and interests of employees to meet their needs as well as the needs of the company.

They, therefore, have to exhibit a behavior pattern which can influence workers at the workplace and motivate them to achieve their daily targets while at the same time seeing the relevance of working in the company rather than any other available company. Through a healthy directive behavior, a company manager can achieve the organizational goals through giving his subordinates specific directions which help in developing goals and setting the timelines for company scientific achievements (McGregor and Doshi 2015). The current leadership style has enabled the company CEO to delegate decisions and control various departments in various branches to make quick and effective decisions since they have a better knowledge of their missions and employee needs. The strategy has similarly supported executive and top management to create a plan and long-term visions in the company to improve employee engagement and reduce employee turnover rate.

Therefore, to reduce the employee turnover rate, the company has to ensure that the most current, concise information is available and develop a robust corporate communication strategy which will convey internal as well as external audiences. Current ABC Communication Strategies and How It Can Be Adopted Downward Communication In many instances, the company’s CEO and managers have had crucial information to be communicated to their subordinate staffs. This information has entailed downward delegating duties and passing instructions which is an essential step in ensuring the achievement of the company's objectives. However, poor communication strategies have led to confusion making workers fail to deliver results as expected. This helps in decision making which affects the organization’s success. At times also, the lines staffs have felt that the top managers present their ideas to meet their interests in the organization.

This has resulted in reduced employee performance making the organization effectiveness to lag behind. What ABC Should Do ABC Company can motivate its employees and reduce the turnover rate by improving response in communication. Generally, when the reaction in an organization is prompt, the subordinate staffs get motivated to work based on the responses ( ). Additionally, the immediate response tends to build a unique employer-employee culture leading to an appreciation of their existence. Therefore, the company needs to restructure its leadership where power is equally distributed to improve promptness in response among all branches of the company. The organization also need to employ the best hiring strategies to ensure that they hire employees who are competent and well fit into the various positions to be filed in the company. For instance, the company managers should have a certain amount of work experience which is very important in deleting duties.
