The research will be done on the Barclays Bank to establish the positive impacts of globalization on different business practices within the organization. Aims and Objectives of the research scenario The Barclays bank has great performance potentials which can be realized through implementation of different strategies on some of its operations such as marketing, accounting, HR and operations. The organization can, therefore, incorporate globalization it its activities where they will help significantly in increasing the performance of the business operations and the whole organization. Barclays Bank, a finance and banking company, has a high need of globalization since it is an international organization. The project to primarily aim is to increase the organization performance in its practices through globalization culturally, economically and ethically in the Barclays Bank.

Globalization indeed has projected a lot of positive impacts to organizations. The Barclays Bank therefore should try and implement more globalization aspects. Time 7 months Quality The project aims at producing high-quality results. It will also be conducted under high quality supervision and implementation where quality will be ensured in all the stages of the research. Communication Communication has significant importance in a research project. Globalization is said to have different impacts including cultural, economic and ethical. Economic implications of globalization are impacts which the affect the core business operation involving trade and product and service aspects. Some of the aspects include marketing, international markets, trade among others (Hanna, 2010). Globalization can be an aid to impact positively economically when it leads to the creation of global markets, increase the trade of service in the Barclays bank, and increase the marketability of the bank internationally.

Culturally, globalization is said to have positive impacts on the Barclays organization when it impacts on the cultural and social issues surrounding the company operations. One of the characters is the operations. The company operations benefit from globalization for example personal banking has been modernized where people nowadays use apps to operate their bank accounts and control the funds without stepping into the banks. Another significant aspect is marketing. Marketing is a practice that has utilized modern elements such as the internet and other technology to increase its performance. Organizations have focused on marketing integration whereby social media is used extensively in marketing today (Hanna, 2010). • To assess the links between globalization and the performance of the organization. • To examine the ethnic practices in the Barclays bank and how they are related to globalization (Hanna, 2010).

Methodology The research will employ both qualitative and quantitative methods. The methods will be used to source relevant information from different correspondents and also extract opinions from the employees on the aspect of globalization. Moreover, the research will also use other simple approaches or methods to successfully achieve its objectives through relevant research and use of academic sources to justify some of the research contents. Quantitative analysis Q 1. Globalization has brought about positive impacts to the Barclays bank The above analysis typically shows the employee perception on globalization impacts on the organization. It shows that 30% of the correspondents strongly agree to the statement and 35 of the also agree on the same. 15 percent are neutral as they do not realize the impacts whether positive or negative.

14% disagreed and 6% strongly disagreed to the statement. a higher percentage of the correspondents agree that there are high ethical considerations in the Barclays banks for example 38% and 32% are positive about the statement and 16% are neutral about it. However a very minimal percentage of 18% and 6% disagree with the statement. Q4, Barclays bank lack enough technological skills in its operations The above analysis is set to know the employee perceptions and to establish whether the Barclays bank have technology in its operations. 8% and 10% of the correspondents strongly agree and agree to the above statement while 6% are neutral. However, te statement which is a negative statement has attracted many disagreements of the correspondents where 32% disagree and 44% strongly disagree to the statement. The project, therefore, should be taken into consideration and implemented in the organization to have better performance results in its operations.

Sincerely, it will have significant positive impacts on the organization economically, ethically and culturally. If the stakeholders of the organization support the project, it will prove its function and importance to the Barclays bank.
