Service Delivery Components One of the service delivery components that are offered through this organization is case management services, which is called the clearinghouse. It is important to use good listening skills and treat the clients with a lot of dignity and respect in order to understand their feelings and situations. There are many strategies which can be used for the intervention process. It is in this stage where they are discussed and evaluated in regard to their pros and cons thereby selecting a suitable one. The effectiveness and the impacts of these interventions should also be understood and analyzed in this stage appropriately. Methods and approaches to be used during the intervention are also discussed and addressed in this stage satisfactorily. In this stage, the problems objectives and goals, and other plans are identified. It, therefore, identifies the progress of the goals achievements of the intervention which were previously initiated. The evaluation results are communicated to the intended stakeholders in this stage. In this stage also, research skills are applied to the evaluation process. Moreover, the progress of the treatment is monitored and all steps are made sure to be completed. Following up on the client’s progress involves re-evaluating the client after some time with a checklist to confirm the effectiveness of the treatment programs. Advanced specialized interventions utilized It is essential to consider advanced specialized interventions in Love, I. N. C. Love, an I. N. C. organization, comes at a good time to help such people as the organization is open for such cases and ready to help as many people in society (Feldman, 2014). There are many types of individual therapy including advocacy, occupational and employee therapy, policy, and planning among others. Individual therapy will draw your attention to the positive aspects and strengths you have and help in utilizing them to become stable emotionally. Theoretical perspectives considered In the individual approach, there are various theoretical considerations and aspects. One of the most significant aspects is the need to spend energy in goodness but not the past to achieve a high potential. The humanistic theory of individual therapy well explains this. Implementation of this could involve various practices such as: Regular visiting of the client and getting to build an interpersonal relationship with him, this can be done by one or two members of the organization. It will assist in the collection of personal data and interests of the client who is really in need of our help. Involvement of the individual in the group’s activities is also significant for this treatment mode to work.

He must be able to feel the sense and be part of the society and the group. The client should also be taught various skills on how to deal with personal issues which affect him. N. C. Factors considered in engaging in diversity and difference in practice There are various factors which affect the practices of the organization thus its diversity and differences. These factors imply difference and diversity in the organization's practice to the clients. They can also be considered when selecting the clients to serve in the community and also to segment the practices and their purposes in the community. They are therefore considered first before med because most of the women in the society are marginalized and can find it hard to gain stability in supporting their families, paying their rents and bills and also school fees for their children.

It has thus come to our realization that the windows in the society should be taken care of and integrated to be part of the organization as they can perform in the delivery of our services voluntarily. Moreover, the girl child is also another group that attracts a lot of attention and should be supported (Baldock, Mitton, & Vickerstaff, 2011). Girls mainly the adolescent girls are regarded to be the most vulnerable in society and should be supported in all ways possible to succeed in life. There are various ways in which we support our girls for example through education, teaching them how to live their young lives promoting their health and sexual health in particular and motivating them to work hard to make it in life.

C. organization. The community is composed of people with different age groups which we consider to determine our eligible clients and also our volunteers who are ready and willing to help. For our clients, we usually consider people of different age groups. For example, the young children who are below 18 years of age are always our concern as they have basic needs which most of them find it hard to achieve because of different social issues and challenges they face such as poverty and lack of housing. We, therefore, offer them help, for example, visiting the nursing homes to help the needy. The employed people who are suffering come from the middle class where they work very hard from hand to mouth.

Such people have families to feed and obligations such as rent, bills, and school fees. They, therefore, do not have much to save and sacrifice a lot for their families to survive. For example, they will work a full month just for all the money they gain to be used in the next month. We have thus contributed to the enhancement of many people’s social lives and statuses in the community. Most of the people who have benefited from our services and practices appreciate and give back to society as they believe in helping each other in unity. We, therefore, promote unity among people from different socioeconomic classes. This has enabled us to achieve most of our goals to for example enhancing and reducing the difference between the socioeconomic levels in the community (Baldock, Mitton, & Vickerstaff, 2011).

Moreover, we intend to reduce the gap further by giving the people in the low economic class’s opportunities to engage in businesses and stabilize themselves and improve their living standards. This is achieved by completing a bio-psychosocial assessment among the clients. Moreover, designing an intervention strategy which targets a community a family or an individual will be considered appropriate to achieve success in social practice. Moreover, a leader could also consider factors such as discrimination, oppression, and diversity in the assessment of society and individual symptoms (Hafford-Letchfield, 2014) It is also important to note that one can use theoretical perspectives and knowledge from other disciplines to understand the diverse human context and behaviors and in other ways including social, cultural, biological, spiritual and psychological backgrounds.

This could be achieved by applying different frameworks such as classical theories and scientific management to understand an organization or a community. Examples of how critical thinking is used as a basis to inform and communicate professional judgments Critical thinking can be used in many ways to tell and communicate professional judgments. One should be able to think of various ways to resolve conflicts and maintain peace among the members of a group or the clients. They should also be able to create peaceful and productive relationships with the clients. Empirical research and evaluation of practice and the utilization of it in working with clients in rural systems. Include theories, models and strategies utilized by students Empirical research is very significant in the practice of social work as most of the jobs are evidence-based and require a lot of analytical and informed evidential support from different sources of scholarly and non-scholarly sources.

Empirical research used in social work is implemented in various ways, for example, using research evidence to inform practice. This can be achieved through the application of conflict, empowerment, and policy approaches to the community or in the agency. Conduction of a progressive literature review, implementation of dynamic group knowledge and understanding of various task processes and using best practice regularly justify the use of empirical research in practice. Moreover, the students can apply various skills of intervention and evaluation strategies. These involve the formulation of a comprehensive hypothesis which is very significant in the evaluation of group designs. The student should engage in critical appraisal for the development of professional skills. They should, therefore, be able to identify their areas of strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, they should also seek feedback from mentors and supervisors on their conduct. The students should also attend to professional boundaries. Communication also helps in creating a good rapport with the clients which will facilitate their understanding and addressing their issues appropriately (Baldwin, 2016). Students should consider engagement in career-long learning. The work of service delivery and the agency practices will, therefore, be made immensely more comfortable with the help of such individuals in the society. Presence of many volunteers can also lead to an expansion of the practices to serve a large number of the community including the volunteers who will also be benefiting from the advances and rewards they get from their services. Technology has also posed to be an opportunity in the rural context; for example, it is widely used in data collection and storage which is a significant practice in social work. Technology has made work of collecting and analyzing data of the clients and the community appropriately. One of the significant challenges of people who are poor but working is that they lack outer investment opportunities and how they can start to be stable financially and be independent. Some quite many people are paid low wages but still, raise a lot of money from other investments which they have around. Such investments include business ideas and opportunities which are profitable in the community. Moreover, lack of investment opportunities will make an individual have limited income and financial resources that are their salaries which could not be enough for them to use and to save part of it for investment or future use. There are some problems of emergency which can come up in the families of such people, for example, one of their children might fall such or any other member which will require the use of a lot of funds because some of these people do not have health insurances which they can use to treat their families.

In essence, they will always have various obligations such as school fees for their children, family medical fees, utility bills house repairs, rent and food which consumes a lot of money. They will thus spend all their money on these demands with a perception of living. Such people are always at significant risk; for example, if they lose their jobs, they can suffer. It is therefore vital if they have various sources of income to sustain and stabilize themselves and their families. Risk factors of the working poor Various risks factors are affecting the working poor including the economic factors, sectorial factors, labor market institutions, demographic factors, and welfare generosity. The poor working policy Various policies have been implemented in the US which aims at reducing poverty in the country.

These policies come at a time when the levels of poverty increase more so in rural areas. Some of the policies include welfare state generosity, wages and benefits, child support assurance, education and training, and marriage. The welfare state generosity policy explained by Lohman (2009) indicates that countries with welfare generosity have low numbers of the working poor. Being in a welfare generosity state is a significant advantage for the working poor as it assists in raising the minimum wages, low unemployment rate, and improved living standards. The cost of children rearing is always very much more so when the family only has one working person or is headed by a single parent. Child support is still implemented where the fathers of the children are not able to offer child support which is very common in the United States (Sherraden, & Gilbert, 2016).

The government, therefore, intervenes among other non-governmental institutions such as the Love, I. N. C. Education is also another obstacle which has affected many families. The low-class families are not able to take their children to schools with the same education standards because of their abilities to pay low fees according to their income like the middle and high-class families. The working poor will, therefore, struggle a lot to educate their children and pay for their tuition fees. Moreover, the lack of enough funds to teach the children makes lag behind the children, and they don’t get a quality education which could help them a lot in the future. Transportation is also another factor that lags behind the working poor.

Relevant ethical issues and how moral principles are used to guide professional practice There are various ethical issues which are considered in social work practice. These ethical issues are common in practice as they have been raised over the past years and are perceived to be very vital in practice and social work deliveries. They include the following Self-determination- Clients have rights to self-determination which could lead them to harm themselves through their decisions which are still respected in practice by the social workers. Confidentiality- the obligation of the social worker to keep secret information conflicts with some of the actions of crime reporting; for example the clients might have information which can cause harm to them and others. Receiving gifts- receiving gifts form the clients have been an ethical issue as the social workers might consider some gifts allowable to be accepted where some aren’t.

Dignity and worth of the person- it is very important to consider and support the right to self-determination among all the clients. The social workers also should help in solving matters between the clients and the societal insists professionally and in a responsible manner which will not cause harm or disturbance to the clients (Reamer, 2013). Integrity is also another important ethical principle which should be considered and should guide the practices in the community.
