" I replied. It was the third time I was saying sorry to him in a week. I had not been able to carry out the tasks pertaining coming up with ideas to attract more customers to the company. During my recruitment, I hand in my application with my CV informing that I had graduated with a degree in economics. I was in desperate need of a job. To improve the communication climate within the company, it would be useful to adopt a supportive communication climate. The employees should be allowed to speak and communicate freely. This would enable understanding within the organization and formation of healthy relationships that are useful in work performance. Currently, I can't even inform my employer of the main reasons for my poor performance.
