Its scales of operations are boosted through the inclusion of formidable service delivery that results to the provisions of enhanced scales of production, hence, the huge scale of operations (CSL, 2016/2017, 120). Ultimately, the levels of profits are escalated, and the rates of expansion are improved, consequently, future growth and development of the CSL company. The analysis of the corporate governance, both the social and environmental performance of the company is reviewed in this research paper that favors its growth and enhances its development. Part I The Aspects of the Company’s Social and Environmental Performance In accordance with the accounting standards of Australia, IFRS, and the Corporation act 2001, the company has laid principles and guidelines that govern its operations through the articulation of relevant departments that help in its reformation.
