The product is environmental friendly and cost effective with a projected selling price of $21000, the lowest in the market. The whole project cost is budgeted at $600000. The product seeks to meets the insatiable demand in the young, middle and low income demographic of the society. The market for this device is large and it is growing tremendously. We have divided the workload into three parts based on experience and personal interest. Through research and design, the automobile product will rival the electric brands markets due to its cost effectiveness and excellent performance. Product working principle The device has sensors that measure the distance from a car in the front.  If the driver is too close to the car in the front the device will alert the driver.

It will alert for speed too. If the driver is speeding and step on the break, the device will alert and record all the data. In addition, there are few apps that can measure the speed and distance. Even though there is no many choice, there are few speed and distance monitoring devices on the market. Many automobile companies are working on the improvement of the device and we frequently see new features and updates on the device. Now a day's people who can afford spend a lot of money automobiles that have high tech devices build on. Everybody want to be safe on the road and have a car that have high-tech devices build on, but these cars are not affordable and easy to use for many people.

The other problem of having these device is that the GPS supports with many electrical and electronic equipment thus the malfunctioning of these equipment will affect the device quality and risk the safety of the car. The other problem of speed and distance monitoring device on the market is the complexity. There are many apps such as Speedometer, Speedometer 55 GPS speed & HUD, speedometer Speed Box and other that can be used for monitoring speed and speed of vehicle, but they have some limitation. Only few people can use this device. For example, if the phone does not have enough data the app won’t run. These problems make many people in danger and the driving unsafe. Unlike our competitors, our focus is providing a device that is easy to use, accurate and affordable anybody who want to use the device. Our device is easy to use for anybody on any age range. the device has easy guide to build on any car and to begin using it. Its accuracy and easiness for use make our device unique from other devices and apps on the market. Because of the sensor type we are using there are few limitations of the device. We used ultrasonic sensor to measure distance and speed and the sensor does not measure more than twenty-one meter (70 feet) and the sensor cannot work under high temperature and pressure. This limitation does not affect our device market because those limitations are not major problems.

The competition: People rely on their phones for everyday activity so why not have a distance and speed monitoring app. It would make our product insignificant and unnecessary thus we have to consider the possibility of having a team in the future that will work on that idea. The Regulation:  Government regulations also can be considered as risk for the future of the product. The rules for self-driven vehicles have been changing over the years and the rules will change further depending on new products that come out. Every data that is available for other employees, partners or the public should be presented in a way that the intended party can understand it. All necessary explanation should be included in the data presented. Every project is team based and it is vital to move as a team.
