in essence, assessing and evaluating a particular research design in terms of how it operates, how it influence and is influenced by the operational context is very crucial to making changes in order for the research to attain its aims ( Maxwell, 2013). the purpose of this research is to investigate on green practices by exploration and their impacts on event tourism in Cancun, which the areas that the research will focus on have been identified through the literature review gaps, it shows the issues and missing information related to green practices and application on event tourism. Besides interviews and observation as ways of data collection literature search and review as well as the internet was used as information backup to a primary data source that was then readily subjected to analysis, eventually results and findings.

The case of the research will be introduced by Ontology, Epistemology or methodology of the research. Epistemology, Ontology, and Methodology The entire research by the philosophical paradigm of critical realism, which gives explanatory tools and forms of reasoning and thinking that allows a more open arena for dialogue, discussion, learning and reflexivity (Price and Lotz-Siska,2015). Not only epistemology tries to pave the ideological ground so as to allow full expression of the scientists to interpret the ideologies but also to change the worlds. This is according to Price and Lotz-Sistka (2015). Therefore critical realism paradigm was employed in the entire research with the postulate that environmental sustainability and development is a positive achievement for the world and thus the community should support the research. Regarding the research, Kjorstad and Solem (2017), explains that critical realism was used to provide guidelines for gaining insight understanding of both green practices and sustainability as well as evading reductionism and eclecticism.

Ontology is concerned with the reality or rather truth of nature and it is subdivided into two aspects objectivism and subjectivism, which simply means a single and non-single reality (Saunders, 2009). This was achieved as per the aim of the research is to investigate green practices and explore their impacts on event tourism. Creswell (2007) states that when the need for a complex and detailed understanding of an issue, qualitative research should be carried out. This means that people have all the details required hence talking to them would enable the researcher to establish all the necessitated details about the matter going on their workplaces and paying attention to their stories. Despite the fact that quantitative research is described as being realist or positivist, qualitative research is rather viewed as subjectivist because it relies on words in terms of opinions, images and observation analysis.

Unlike quantitative research which deals with numerical data collected and analyzed using statistical methods which apply mathematical formulas (Mujis, 2004). Secondary data means stored information. In this research, secondary data such literature search and review and document analysis were used as a reference and back up to field collected data. The main reason was to ensure that the data collected via interviews were limited within the margins of the aim of the study hence helpful in achieving the objectives of the study. The researcher asked for permission for interviewing employees of Experiencias X-caret in Cancun Mexico which is a corporate institution. For every four participants in the interview, one was a manager. Also, Xplor and Xplor Fuego Park are aimed at providing sporting activities and natural adventures such as swimming into lava rivers and puddling through underground rivers.

On the other hand, Xochimilco is a natural park that concentrates on the cultural entertainment and recreational services such as offering traditional music and food through canals of Cancun whereas Xenses build up its beliefs or philosophical ideologies on challenging people's senses by experiencing different circumstances where people's point of view is challenged. While Xenotes park provides the chance to visit four different types of a natural underground reservoir of water known as cenotes in the mid of the jungle, Xichen offers a tour to the best Maya pyramids in the area which include Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza. The table shows how each pack follows the green park practices and employs a sustainable model as their main philosophy as described in the appendix G. A sustainable development is concerned at ensuring a balance between the carrying capacity of the planet earth resources or rather a natural system at the same time ensuring the present human life is sustained in a manner that does not compromise the well-being of the future generations (Jones, 2014).

Furthermore, the methodology approach used was to bring balanced in between the natural setting and the social lifestyle of people in Cancun. Therefore the study builds up a mutual relationship between environment and business profitability with people being the main agents and actors to ensure that the relationship keeps the environment sustainable while making the business profitable hence it's essential. Integration of green practices to specific places may be needed for adoption of this phenomena.   There three basics steps followed in qualitative data analysis to create a baseline for analysis to be carried out which include, first, Revisiting the research objectives and interviews questions, following by a review of the data collected after translating it from Spanish to English. Comparison technique was the second step that the researcher merged the concepts found through the literature review with the data collected to understand the meaning of each subject and to pursue the objectives of the research.

Green economy provides a vast knowledge of how to mainstream environmental sustainability into economic development hence addresses the objectives on the impacts of green practices on the environment and how it influences visitor behavior as well as how these practices are used in marketing. Successful application of green practices offered visitors in Cancun equitable and fair services with minimum environmental impacts and also ensured a sustainable and efficient resource use in terms of consumption and production. Environmental awareness and training. The collected data from the respondents’ point of view was analyzed and coded. The outcomes of coding showed that despite the fact that green practices have been implemented in Experiencias X-caret still many people lack sufficient information about green practices and how it can be used to maximize profit margins of the business.

Ethical considerations The Aim and Objectives were used to describe the focus and clarity of the ethical and research. The Literature Review indicates an intention to commit professionally. While the part of the report shows the ethics discussions and how it will cause impact upon the research. Saunders et al. state that Ethic refers to the standards of behavior that guide your conduct in the relation of those who become the subject of your work, or are affected by it.   The Validity of this research will be achieved by the research methods analyzed, validation of sources on the literature review, green practices evidence that is documents requested upon interviews and responses from interviews such as point of views and knowledge.   Limitations of the study In this section, the potential weaknesses of the study and the scope of the study are identified.

Limitations are external conditions that restrict or constrain the study's scope or may affect its outcome. In this research methodology, the first limitation is on location in that the research is done in Mexico while the researcher comes from the United Kingdom. Therefore, there will be no flexibility in the intent to find participants for interviews hence limited informational capacity gathered as well as less or no time to implement the findings. The findings of the research were highlighted in this section and discussions made on them. The number of participants involved in the interviews was minimal because of the limitations of time the researcher faced due to location and distance. Only four respondents were interviewed. The four respondents were managers from different departments within the corporate organization of Experiencias X-caret.

Findings The following are the findings of the research which were obtained from the literature review and data analyzed from the interviews: The benefits of green practices in terms of environmental sustainability and marketing. Image (a) Image (b) The results from interviews show that even though green practices is of much benefit to the environment or rather the all world and social life of the community in Cancun, there is still information insufficiency and lack of knowledge concerning green practices. Many results were not obtained because the scope of the study was much restrictive to managers and who display interest in the research. Therefore the outcome results were biased since it was narrowed to a limiting scope. The benefits of green practices as obtained from the analyzed data outsourced via interviews were increased number of tourists visiting the parks according to Worldview population (2018), environmental conservation and protection through reducing deforestation, restoration of biodiversity, carbon sinks, the decline in climate change drivers and eliminating pollution.
