However, the same media that had made him a hero has also conspired against some group of people depending on their social alignments. I would love seeing America going against Israel’s recent position on torture. As opposed to other countries, America inclusive, Israel has banned extreme torture but has allowed moderate physical pressure on suspects. Surprisingly, by 1999 the country had refuted all manners of torture on suspects including those applying slippery-slope arguments.
