Ethical Obligation of an Employee Article Review
Document 1
Without ethics, no workplace can be fit to conduct the main purpose of the place. The author further argues that there are various foundations on which ethics are built. These foundations include morals; morals are rules that morally help a society function. They are objective, and they do not apply on a personal level. Another foundation that ethics is built on values; values are customs and actions that a certain group of people recognizes to be favorable and accepted. The ethical dilemmas are quite a tussle in any organization as noted in the article. It tests the ability of the employees and the general workers to deal with the emerging issues and trends in the organization. Developing an effective way of dealing with ethical dilemmas is therefore paramount in any work setting (Schreiner, 2013).
