Impact of Branding on Customer Behavior
Branding captures and tries to develop the uniqueness of the product in the minds of the customer, and this will eventually act as a method of increasing sales. The purpose of this research proposal is to explain how the Words leading telecommunication companies, Apple and Samsung are using the idea of branding in their marketing structure. Having in mind that both Apple and Samsung are the giants in the technology and communication industry, the two companies have been trying to outsmart each other as a way of controlling the market. Branding is the most significant market methodology seen by these leading companies. This research paper is therefore needed to access the extent to which branding has reached as far as marketing is concerned.
