Your boss may find your idea a brilliant one. Develop respect and a trust foundation with your boss. This ensures a productive and safe environment in case a disagreement arises. v. Being taken back to learn something new. Learning is a continuous process so as to encourage development though it takes you out of comfort zone and makes you feel incompetent again.
