4 Skilled labor To operate a food and beverage organization, the management should employ top skilled workers who will go for nothing less except perfection. The automated vendor machines are given instructions then fed with cash on special slots. The machine dispenses order in seconds. People don’t have to queue much on lines and cafes waiting for human labor services. A café can have even over five machines which can serve customers fast. The replacement of direct human labor helps in cutting cost. The technology has also reduced the time spent on workers training and also on time spent on serving the customers. The food and beverage outlets have acquired automated inventory systems which systematically align all product details and ensures quick service delivery.

This analysis is key to the survival of any business (Steger, 2008, p. The opportunities available are the things that an organization can fully exploit to its advantage while threats can be associated with the stiff competition that awaits the organization outside there. The political environment where the business will be situated matters a lot (Cichy and Hickey, 2012, p103-130). Stable political conditions enable the smooth running of business without disruptions hence maximizing on profit making.
