These elements have changed the dynamic of how business is conducted in different fronts. In particular, the primary role of information system has been deeply embedded in the use of Information technology to create and design products for different abilities. Therefore, the success of an organization in the use of information system for innovation borrows heftily capabilities of the high-level managers. Database management system, knowledge management systems, management information system and innovative leadership are one of the areas in which organizations can use information technology to spur innovation. Arguably, organization culture was the defining factor in the immersed success of Apple Inc. under the leadership of Steve Jobs. The firm used the available resource to create innovative products to its consumers. Management information system: most organizations have three levels of management; the top level management is involved in the making of strategic decisions which have a huge impact on the organization. The middle-level management acts as the engine of the most organization since they oversee various operations in the firm.

Effectiveness is achieved due to the detailed analysis of the information using the available data. Moreover, the system is designed to incorporate the change in the external environment of a business. For instance, a change in tax policy is adequately captured in the system. The use of such management information has enabled organizations to imbue changes among its employees as their endeavor to makes changes in such a system. Ultimately, innovation has emanated in the process of improving such systems. Particularly, if innovation is occurring faster, this is a clear indication that one of the above or two of the elements are happening. Most organizations have been facing bottlenecks in their production process, and as a result, innovations are geared to solve these challenges. Notably, it is essential for the management to fathom why the innovation is necessary for the business. In most cases, the innovations require resources from the company to ensure their success. Nevertheless, factors such as management commitment, favorable corporate culture, the creativity of the employees, proper policy to nurture innovation, and willingness to take risk are common in most organizations. 0 Impact of internal factors on innovation Undeniably, internal elements have an unequivocal effect on the innovation development.
