Because some people moved from their ancestral land to other places. Two distinct people communicating cannot understand one another unless they speak the same language. The language barrier forced the slaves to abandon their native language and adopt a new one. This resulted in a different dialect of the same language. Basing on the above stated analysis, I realized that the main languages utilized in the world are mainly originating from the European continent which was the main colonizers. I support the argument that hard economic life in most developing countries has forced people to migrate to other countries looking for opportunities. This has led to intermarriages resulting in the fusion of cultures and traditions, complicating the definition of the real native people.
