The company needs to invest more in new, emerging technologies. There are also new growth markets of its products. Threats Changes in consumers buying behaviors is a great threat to Nokia. Additionally, the new technologies developed by competitors is a serious threat to the company. There is also a threat of counterfeit and low-quality products, especially with the emerging markets and low-income markets. BCG Matrix Many customers did switch from Windows to Android when it was introduced into the market. The company is currently focused on sharpening in customer focus and maintaining long-term cost leadership. The company should ensure it has optimized its operating model so that it retains its competitive advantage.
