I was somewhat taken aback that the test could produce such accurate results on someone's strengths. The test results clearly described how I act, behave and respond to life in general. It actually captured all my individual skills and knowledge. It gave me the much-needed confidence and motivation to keep going on. Although many reactions are likely to emerge; it positively encouraged me and made me feel honored. Teamwork is a virtue which involves collaboration with stakeholders to achieve a commonly desired goal. As a manager, I need to be able to organize my workforce to achieve our objectives and goals. This involves making clear-cut decisions on management while ensuring all parties are satisfied with the decisions. This ensures that a good working rapport is developed (Prebil, & Drnovsek, 2017).

It will also involve a proper conflict resolution which will ensure all employees' grievances are addressed amicably. Another solemn aspect that I possess is innovativeness. Innovativeness is the ability to embrace change by coming up with new methods of performing usual tasks (Prebil & Drnovsek, 2017). As a manager, one should be in a position to develop new ways of performing tasks. Innovation will involve less costly methods to replace the available ones in an organization. I feel that the most important traits needed for a successful leadership are two. I need good communication skills to clearly convey any information concerning employees' welfare. Such a trait is also needed when solving employees' grievances as well as conducting interview session (Schraeder, Self, Jordan & Portis, 2015).
