Planet Fitness is a fitness company which have a center interest in boosting the health of the average people in society by providing them with facilities that they can use to keep their bodies fit. The company offers a wide range of facilities and promotions that has enabled it to venture in the market despite having stiff competition from other competitors in the gym industry. Individuals from Planet Fitness get the opportunity to unwind, get fit as a fiddle and have some good times without being exposed to the bad-to-the-bone, look-‐at-‐me ‐attitude that exists at their rivals' gym centers. It is our plan to take an effectively extraordinary business and promoting system somewhat further to achieve two key advertising objectives.

We will build mark name awareness among nearby collage school and secondary school students. On the bases of flexibility, Planet Fitness gym has laid down friendly time schedules which cover different groups in the society, for example, students who are tied up by school schedules, business professionals, and other groups of people who make the demographics of Oshkosh. On the side of membership for new members, they got a variety of options that is, Black and white card membership (Williams, 2012). The second option is for the usual services of the gym whereas the Black card membership is accompanied by other additional values and benefits such as bringing in a friend during the class session. However, for Black card membership, the fee is a bit higher due to the additional services.

This secondary membership that is Black card membership would work ideal for someone who is not new to the gym community, maybe they are getting back into the stream and want the extra amenities that are not typical to the regular Planet Fitness memberships. To promote awareness in the society about the benefits of Planet Fitness facilities. Target Market The market plan targets the youths between of age of fifteen and forty-four years who are will, but the charges on the gym industry keep them away from accessing the facilities. The promotion includes free pizza and bagels on monthly bases. The bagels nights are held on Tuesday the second week of every month whereas on the first Monday of each month they hold the pizza night. These three gyms are all more modest in size and have a casual feeling to them all, unlike the intimidating LA Fitness or Lifetime. While Texas Family Fitness has a very similar monthly fee of $9. 99 or $19. 99, their startup fees are $99 and $19. Additionally, the gym hours are 5am-11pm where Planet Fitness is a 24-hour facility. 99 which has a monthly additional cost of $29. The second option goes for $39. 99 per month. The other competitive Company that YMCA has different terms for its clients. The membership fees depends on factors such as the age of the client.

Planet Fitness is positioning themselves above them and letting the little guys have the gym, again, to separate themselves from going for the 15-20% of gym member and talk directly to the 80-85% of the market that hasn't bought. The Free zone slogan has created a free and conducive environment for the average and new people to gyms. Initially, average people were hardly found in gyms premises for fear of criticism from the bodybuilders. The issue of people having a busy schedule throughout the week also posed a challenged to the people who wanted to enroll for a gym session. The introduction of Planet's positioned strategic plan has created a new gym environment that is friendly to everyone. Planet Fitness has quickly become the gym to join in the United States following the rate at which the company is growing compared to the other competitors.

The company has reached a point where it is No longer selling itself to potential clients but looking for the people who are not willing to get into the industry of gym. This is enabled the company to snatch a good number of clients had a contrary notion over the sector across the States of America (Aronowitz, 2018). Today Planet Fitness focuses more on facilities that are suitable for new members in the industry. The company has installed facilities such as circuit training, cardio and light weights that the beginners can start with. However, even though the people above the age of forty –five years are not included in the marketing plan, they are still considered as part of the targeted clients.

Recommendations. The company should take off the annual membership fees to reduce the high chances of losing clients once they are registered. Although the company is currently considered the cheapest gym in the states, their annual membership fee has brought weakness to the company's strategic plan in the fact that people find it expensive. In the adverts, the annual fee is not presented. While the catered to an audience of new or casual gym users are attracted to the idea of an alarm going off if someone is working out intensely, this can be a drawback that can make the "Lunkers" feel judged in the "Judgment Free Zone". Thus, this has created the problem of members "growing out" of the gym.
