There is no doubt that the company has been innovative and has embraced the current technology thus providing excellent and quality results in the long run. Therefore, it has been able to operate with small batteries for a longer period of time. The quality of the video produced by these cameras is superior in terms of color and on the other hand being capable of operating effectively and efficiently in lower lighting conditions (Schmidt et al. Pro-Go Pty Ltd is very reliable to its customers thus remains profitable in the long run. China is their largest customers that take 70% of their products.

Adjacent markets Despite the reduction of sales due to explosion of some of the Go Pro Products, the company can still look for adjacent markets for them to remain on the safe side in the long run. It can expand its market more rapidly in other parts of the world such as Asia. Research done indicates that the company has managed to secure the strongest market in the Asia Pacific Region and therefore the sales have grown to approximately 153% (Vannini & Stewart, 2017). Additionally, the research indicates that sales have grown tremendously in China by 25% and 99% in Japan. However, one of the option that exist in adjacent market is to invest its resources heavily to expand its expansion in Asian markets despite losing its largest customers so that it can realize revenue growth thus getting back to its track of success (Worre, 2013).

However, to curb this challenge, there is a need to manage resources wisely to realize the success of the company in the long run. This option can have some of the implications that can be beneficial to the company. Go Pro can revive its glory and start recovering the lost customers. Introduction of new products in the market can attract many new customers thus the company in a better position to make huge sales annually. Go Pro should ensure collects the right information such as name, phone number, email addresses, and other relevant details (Worre, 2013). This information can be used to allow easy delivery of the products which the customers are interested in.

However, Go Pro should significantly embrace technology by adopting new features of its products to ensure expandability of its products thus increasing the product value. The product upgrade can only be done through the consumer’s experience. The company sales growth can increase and eventually huge revenue can be realized for the entire company. Additionally, should be in the forefront to provide new insights to the development of software that will promote upgrade of the Go Pro Cameras.

On the other hand, Go Pro should form new technological partnerships. Additionally, the company should discontinue the product that has burst into flames and on the other hand recall all the products. Conversely, Go Pro can also focus to sell other products that are within its range to generate revenue as quickly as possible to avoid its collapse in the long run. Go Pro on the other hand should invest heavily in diversification of its products so that it can remain competitive in the market. However, to make this possible, it should first expand into other markets across the globe and create strong distribution networks across other continents such as India, Vietnam, Philippines and China. Go pro must create high quality customer services, that is, by putting warranty on its products and money back guarantee to build trust during the purchase of the products.
